Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving team goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
