Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will collaborate with a team of hardworking individuals in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
