Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a valued member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in stock management, order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines within the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise effectively for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with team members.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Aptitude for teamwork and independent work.
