2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a key part of the warehouse operations, you will play a fundamental role in receiving, handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report product quality and safety issues.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, and operating in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
