2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with the team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
