2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate fulfillment of store orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines for proper storage and handling.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and collaboration with the team.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently and adhere to company standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
