Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As part of a hardworking and dedicated team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
  • Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
  • Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
  • Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Independently make decisions and assist in achieving goals.
  • Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
  • Follow safety guidelines and notify management of any issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and place up to 45 pounds of product.
  • Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
  • Work in varying temperatures and environments.
