Job Description

We are looking to hire a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. Our warehouse employees work less than 30 hours per week across both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. We provide thorough training and prioritize safety to ensure our associates' success.

Position Details

• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
