3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following proper handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Offer insights for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
