Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.50 per hour. As a warehouse operations lead, you will play a critical role in managing daily shipping schedules, overseeing product receipt, coordinating with 3rd party partners, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's competencies and professional skills
- Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules
- Verify proper receipt of products
- Supervise staging and pallet construction
- Support timely storage and efficient distribution of inventory
- Communicate and fulfill store needs
- Assist in developing action plans for operational improvement
- Cooperate with colleagues and departmental teams
- Monitor warehouse services and provide feedback
- Lead inspections of inbound deliveries
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, operate powered equipment.
