Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee receipt, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Provide leadership and communicate job responsibilities to direct reports.
• Collaborate with other operational areas to optimize warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and payroll effectively.
• Facilitate training and development of warehouse personnel.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues promptly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Positive Attitude & Resilience, Drives for Success, and Leads and Aligns.
• Experience in managing training, motivation, and discipline of direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead meetings effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
