Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is hiring an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, safe, and damage-free loading and unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign tasks to workers based on schedules.
• Coordinate work assignments, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and compliance with handling regulations.
• Support department goals and foster a values-driven culture.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation field.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
