Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate assignments, and provide training and feedback to workers.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe freight handling practices.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on integrity, collaboration, growth, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in service center or transportation industry is a plus.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with imports and exports processes.
