Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of one of the country's largest and most trusted LTL carriers, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the loading/unloading of freight, maintaining load plans, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Support a values-driven culture and work collaboratively to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation, freight handling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in service center operations is desirable.
