General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe and timely loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Foster a positive and values-driven culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related field desirable.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills required.
