ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their team in Denver, CO. As a vital part of the company, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing resources to ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading of freight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks and coordinate work schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
