Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, one of the leading LTL carriers in the country. As part of our dynamic team, you will oversee and optimize the loading/unloading of freight to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operations.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight operations and logistics.
