Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Supervisor, Operations I, you will play a key role in ensuring timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for freight operations.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign and coordinate work tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, including hazardous materials handling.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on creativity, integrity, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in transportation or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
