Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans to enhance store performance. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in training and developing the team, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 38 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans for operational improvement
  • Supervise and train team members to achieve desired results
  • Ensure store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising
  • Monitor and maintain store equipment and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve operational issues

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior retail management experience preferred

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience
  • Prior management experience is a plus
