Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
