Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering team growth. Your responsibilities will include optimizing store performance, ensuring inventory procedures are followed, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities for team members to improve performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper stock levels through efficient ordering.
- Supervise team operations, addressing issues and escalating when necessary.
Requirements
- 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
