We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in store management by supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Communicate company strategy and values to promote teamwork.
• Ensure store cleanliness, appropriate stocking, and product merchandising.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
