Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising operations, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring job responsibilities are clearly communicated.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products effectively, and ensure product quality.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older to be employed in this role at ALDI.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prior experience in retail management preferred.
