Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring overall store performance. You will also be responsible for developing action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
