Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in store management, supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job expectations and performance standards to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and make recommendations to maintain store competitiveness.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies adherence.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with retail experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Manage budget, personnel costs, and expenses effectively.
• Operate cash register and store equipment proficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
