Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, improving operational results, and developing the store team. The position involves ensuring store performance, maintaining inventory, implementing company policies, and promoting excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to boost team performance.
• Promote teamwork and company values among employees.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
