We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily store activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will also focus on team development and training to enhance overall performance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify and provide training opportunities for team growth.
• Monitor market competition and make recommendations.
• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
