Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing team members, maintaining inventory, optimizing product display, and upholding company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience desirable.
