Job Title: Resident Caregiver

We are looking for a compassionate Resident Caregiver to join Charter Senior Living of Gallatin. As a part-time Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing safe and professional care for our residents, enriching their lives and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance provided and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the elderly population.
• Clear communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• High tolerance for pressure and critical situations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
