Cashier/Stocker (Part Time) Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers or Stockers. In this role, you will interact with customers, process purchases, maintain store appearance, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our patrons. Position Type

Part-Time (Fewer than 30 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to direct leaders.
< li > Uphold document and data security and confidentiality within your area of responsibility.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with fresh merchandise, follow merchandising guidelines, organize inventory, and operate machinery safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and meet company standards for cleaning and communication.
• Effective time management, teamwork, and product knowledge skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience beneficial.
