Duties and Responsibilities

As a Cashier/Stocker at Aldi, you will collaborate with team members, maintain store security, process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure store cleanliness. Stockers will maintain product rotation, create merchandised displays, handle new inventory, and operate machinery following safety protocols.

Physical Demands

Roles involve sitting, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and operational tasks. Stockers will lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and shelve products at different heights.

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older - Ability to offer prompt and courteous service - Proficient in company policies and procedures - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management - Knowledge of company products and services

Education and Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Retail experience preferred - Blend of education and work experience considered
