We are seeking a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. The Certified Fitness Lead will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. This role involves building and developing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team in alignment with company values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate personalized training sessions to meet the exact needs of each client.
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment for members, clients, and guests.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value and experiences.
• Provide tools and resources for personal trainers' development and success.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
