Certified Fitness Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join VASA Fitness as a Personal Training Lead (PTL). In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the personal training business, surpassing fitness financial goals, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. The PTL position offers a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $18.00 to $24.00, with additional bonus opportunities leading to an annual total compensation of $50,180 to $68,800.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
• Facilitate personalized training sessions to meet individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Provide ongoing support, resources, and growth opportunities for personal trainers.
• Attract new clients by building relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and personalized training package recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
