We are looking for a dynamic Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business at the club, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating exceptional fitness experiences for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and enhance retention rates.
• Facilitate personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the Personal Training area.
• Maintain client satisfaction through quality training and service.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Drive client acquisition through building personal relationships.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and package recommendations.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for new client acquisition.
