We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business to exceed all fitness financial targets at the club. Your role involves building and developing a high-performing team that helps members achieve their fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with VASA's core values.
• Increase new client acquisition and improve client retention.
• Facilitate personalized training programs to meet individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and interactive environment for members and clients.
• Maintain client satisfaction by providing exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive community for trainers and clients, promoting growth and development.
• Engage with members to attract new clients and drive sales.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Certification in Personal Training.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and client relationship management.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive training environment.
