We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at our club, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating a world-class experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Develop an agile team to meet client needs and provide outstanding service.
• Create a welcoming environment for members and clients in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value in personal training.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Proven track record in acquiring and retaining personal training clients.
