We are looking for a dynamic Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at the club level. Your primary responsibility will be to build and develop a high-performing team that empowers our members to achieve their fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high-performing personal training team, fostering a culture aligned with company values.
  • Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
  • Develop an agile team that tailors programming to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage, interacting with members in a friendly and inclusive manner.
  • Retain clients by ensuring exceptional value and service in personal training sessions.
  • Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, providing resources for growth and development.
  • Attract new clients through forming personal connections with VASA members.
  • Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages based on client goals.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

  • Certification in Personal Training.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Passion for fitness and helping individuals achieve their goals.
