We are currently hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Work shifts vary between day and night shifts, with one weekend and two holidays per year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community
• Implement patient-centered care plans
• Participate in discharge planning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license
