Job Description

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a Full Time RN to join their team in Newark, DE and surrounding areas. This position involves providing skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, developing care plans, and planning patient discharges. The successful candidate will work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts per month.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date
• Current DE RN license or compact state license
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months
• IV proficiency or willingness to be trained
