Are you an experienced HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a rewarding opportunity? Join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team for comprehensive OASIS-E training and a supportive work environment. We are currently hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to patients in the community.
• Implement patient-centered care plans and assist in developing discharge plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
