Cicis Shift Leader

Job Description

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the shift operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence by preparing quality products and ensuring they meet Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train restaurant team members to provide exceptional guest service, exceed sales goals, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through effective use of POS systems, inventory management, and asset maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lead a team independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check results.
