Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to join the Cicis Pizza team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence by consistently delivering high-quality products and services to guests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train team members to exceed guest expectations, maintain staffing levels, and ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals by providing excellent guest service, sales execution, and efficient management of resources.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively and work across various roles within the restaurant.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with computers.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
• Employment is subject to a satisfactory background check.
