We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing the shift operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills in food preparation and customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and use it to enhance operations and build brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to sales goals through excellent guest service and product training.
• Manage cash, inventory levels, and ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
• Proficient with computers and communication devices.
