Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Cook to join our team at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. As a Cook, you will work alongside the Chef in meal preparation, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. Your responsibilities include prepping, cooking, garnishing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. In the absence of the Chef, you will take on leadership duties and oversee kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, maintaining quality and portion control.
• Ensure adherence to standard recipes and cooking standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years hotel operations experience.
• Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
