Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain well-organized displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate product levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficient in customer service interactions and cash register operations.
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail is a plus.
