Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a valued member of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues, deliver outstanding service to our customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain well-organized displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate product levels.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Proficient in customer service interactions and cash register operations.
- Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in retail is a plus.
