Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean and organized displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
