Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and teamwork as per ALDI guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
