Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will contribute to the store's success by merchandising products, operating the cashier, ensuring the store's cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, report product issues, and uphold company policies.
• Operate cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
