Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and customer-friendly environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Monitor inventory, report issues, and participate in store counts

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
