Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team will help enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Complete customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide superior customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
- Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow all established company policies and maintain document security.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting state and local requirements for handling alcohol.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent is acceptable.
